We invite you to enjoy the Visalia Convention Center's Executive Meeting Service, available in any of our conference rooms. This enhanced service consists of coffees, traditional and herbal teas, iced water, elegant china, and glassware service on linen-draped tables. We even provide notepads and pens. The Executive Meeting Service is available upon request for a nominal fee.

The Grand Board Room and the Executive Board Room, located off the Executive Lobby, provide a premium meeting location. These dedicated boardrooms are specially designed for your privacy and convenience. The rooms are set with a board table and high-back armchairs, an alcove service area, and immediate access to our staff. Complimentary Executive Meeting Service is included when you convene in one of these board rooms.
